We begin Skyfire 27th 800av at 8:30 PM
- Aerendyl heads toward the eastern road coming out of Bremstone, but he avoids going into Bremstone as he doesnt want to be noticed and attacked by the townsfolk.
- The horse is very fast.
- On the first night, he sets up camp making sure his horse has food/water. Furthermore, he imbues his cloak, turning it into a cloak of elvenkind. He sets up a tripwire to ‘awaken’ him if someone shows up.
- He is awoken in the middle of the night by a deer who is actively staring at Aerendyl’s legs.
- Aerendyl moves his legs, but the deer has his eyes locked on the branch. Upon investigation, there are holes where carpenter ants have hollowed out the tree.
- Aerendyl jumps down, causing the tree branch to break. The deer begins to eat the ants out of the broken branch. Aerendyl smiles and goes back to sleep.
- He awakens, the deer is gone, the sky is slightly darkened by the storm clouds on the horizon.
- Aerendyl looks around the area, he notices that it appears that people regularly walk through the area.
- He finally gets to the eastern road coming out of Bremstone, but it begins to rain. He finds a nice large tree for him to seek shelter underneath.
- Whilst resting, he notices a pair of eyes looking at him from afar.
- Shortly after Aerendyl notices these eyes he looses sight for a while until he sees them again, this time closer. Aerendyl prepares for the possibility of an attack until the figure gets close enough; he sees that it is the deer that he saw earlier.
- The deer approaches and gives Aerendyl an apple.
- Shortly, the rain lets up - and Aerendyl continues on his journey.
- He continues until it gets late and sets up camp. He can still see the deer looking at him from afar.
- He awakens, still seeing the deer, and continues on his journey. He hunts a rabbit.
- He continues towards the mountains, seeing some small craters. He investigates the first mountain he comes across, finding a large crater 18 feet wide. He investigates noticing that all the ores and materials have been carefully removed by some magic tool. The sides are perfectly cut.
- He continues on his journey, having to stop again to rest.
- Eventually, on the third mountain, he finds a large wide crater. Upon looking into it, he sees the entire bottom of the crater is filled with, for lack of a better term, A steampunk workshop1
- He decides to go down into the crater, the moment he is about 20 ft into the crater, the entire outer edge of the crater begins to crumble as a row of golems begin to stand up.
- Aerendyl puts his hands up and calls out claiming that he was invited. A woman speaks from behind him, Cristina.
- Cristina jokes about Charles being old and senile and how he only cares about the farm.
- Cristina and Aerendyl hit it off pretty well, they both share a love for artificer stuff, magic and tools and such.
- They came to an agreement to share information, knowledge on how to make artificial limbs in exchange for learning how to recreate her ‘mistakes’ (the big explosions). Cristina lost her ring and pinkie finger in an accident long before, so she wants Aerendyl to make her new fingers.
- They proceeded to her workshop where Aerendyl creates her two mechanical fingers and an adapter plate.
- Aerendyl tells Cristina that this will hurt, so she goes to the corner of her workshop to a glass panel that says “break in case of emergency”, inside is a flask with the words “Sleepy Mory”. She takes a swig (about two shots worth) and lies down on the table.
- Aerendyl begins drilling the plate into her hand, and mostly goes off without a problem, that is until she woke up screaming. Eventually, she goes back asleep.
- Aerendyl, after successfully drilling the plate in, uses healing magic hoping that will assist. He grabs her and goes to find her house.
- He finds her house as its the only building without smoke coming up from it. He goes to enter the house, but stops because he feels as though there might be a trap. He checks the entry mat and notices its pristine, no mud on it. That is, except for cat fur.
- Aerendyl side stepped the mat, and enters the house. He looks around the homey home. It is very well built and very large. He takes notice of the bathroom, that looks different from all other bathrooms he has ever seen. It actually has plumbing.
- Aerendyl finally gets to what appears to be a bedroom, he lays her down in the bed, and notices some papers on a desk and sees a locked notebook. He decides to be a good person and not read her diary.
- He goes and sleeps in the workshop.
- He awakens to her running out to him complaining of the pain, he gives her the two fingers he made. It eases the pain when she puts them on. She is very pleased and to keep up her end of the bargain, she shows Aerendyl everything secret about her magic.
- Mainly that her artificer magic is channeled through rare stones that hold magic power over long period of time and will spin any metal gear on top or bellow it (its just a motor powered by magic that creates a magnetic field) There are two kinds of stones (that she knows of)
Umbrastone
They all will are powered for 10 minutes for a level 1 spell, 1 hour for second level, 1 day for 3rd level spell, 4th level for 1 week, 5th level for a month, 6th level for a year, 7th level for a century, 8th level for a millennium, 9th for infinite.
Black Stone
This is the most common kind of stone. It is basic and spins when powered with magic.

This is less common kind of stone, it will alternate its spin every 30 seconds.

This stone somehow linked to the Magi Train in Kolnada.1
This stone repeatedly casts the same spell every x seconds. The person who imbues the spell dictates how often the spell gets casts. as often as once per six seconds, as in-often as the caster would like. However, it must be a flat amount, it can not be influenced by an external factor and it will not operate on a mathematical equation. For every spell level, it must be matched by the size of the stone. 0.1 lb can handle 1st level, but for ninth level you need 0.9lb etc. It will only ever cast the spell put into it. It needs to be next to a Yellow Stone for it to work.
Orange Stone
this stone can hold concentration of a spell for the regular duration in relation to the size of the stone. If the following calculation is untrue, the stone will explode. Must be touching a Cyan Stone to take effect.
Green Stone
Allows the conversion of physical movement to magical energy. The power generation is as follows:
Yellow Stone
This stone somehow linked to the Magi Train in Kolnada.1
This stone will store magic indefinitely, it can store all forms of magic, but the maximum capacity is dictated by the size of the stone. - He also learns that the way to make explosion, crush up the black stone and mix in sand and tree sap. The quantity of black stone is the most important part, but adding additional sand also increases explosive blasts. The tree sap is used to bind them together, once you infuse magic into it, it explodes.
- Aerendyl decides to spend the rest of the day to upgrade his arm to a fully detachable model.
- He then decides to head back to meet with the party, he says his goodbyes and departs.
- He sees the deer again, but nothing happens.
- He stops by Bremstone and notices that most of the people are gone and buildings are boarded up, he asks around and finds out that the army from Lumin took anyone who claimed to worship Vexmortis with them. Leaving very few in the town.
- Aerendyl finds Thardem asleep/drunk at a bar, he grabs him and takes him to meet with the party.
- He travels for 5 days to Brelnada. - no context because he will join in the next session.
