The session starts Skyfire 21st 800av 12:00 PM
Shain’s Visit to the Queen
- Shain, whilst riding with Eldon arrived in Lumin to visit the queen.
- Shain attempted to enter the castle, but was stopped by the guards and told that he was not allowed to enter. Upon further questioning Shain read The Strengthened Rebellion in Bremstone and the swift war in Nezarma
- Shain uses sending to inform the queen that he is there to talk to her.
- A couple minutes later a new guard shows up and allows Shain through. He guides Shain to a new room, a war room filled with higher ups and officials.
- Shain listens in on the conversation for a while getting the understanding that they are concerned about Vexmortis and are unsure how to proceed.
- Shain raises his hand speaks up, offering his party’s assistance on this matter.
- Everyone speaks to him and agrees with his offer. They do not decide on an award.
- Shain also mentions Eldon as a possible solution to war matters as he developed new magic allowing faster travel. He demonstrates this on a nearby (willing) guard.
- Shain leaves the castle and finds Eldon again, he asks to be taken back to Treltonia. Eldon suggests that they rest as it was getting late and to leave in the morning. Luckily, Eldon knows of a cheap location in which they could rest.
- When Shain awakens, he messes with his dodecahedron and puts all of his spell slots into it, this finally causes a new reaction as a goblin named Trug appears. Trug shows up and introduces himself, he then mentions that he too has a dodecahedron and that every so often he feels power coming from it. He then walks to the window and acknowledges that they are in Treltonia, he asks if the party has fought the guy posessed by a demon yet. Before Shain can respond, Trug disappears.
- Shain awaits for Eldon to wake up before they head back to Treltonia.
The others
- They wander around town for a while before stumbling upon Aerendyl walking out of Knicks’ Knacks.
- They approach and ask about the shop, Aerendyl tells them to grab the Hourglass and tilt it. They then, after looking around and asking someone, realize that they were staring at the hourglass for 24 hours. They then enter it.
- Kairos asks Knick about breaking curses on people. He learns about someone named Cassandra Reed who lives in Bontrant.
- Kairos pays for Cape of Defiance and Thorned Claw of the Shadowed Talon.
- Aragorn bought some candies.
- They leave the store.
Together Forever
- As they leave the store, Shain shows up. He informs them of the job offer by Queen Emmia Monclair. Kairos questions what queen and then they head to the inn to find Aerendyl. Before they arrive, Aerendyl is attempting to figure out his cursed items. He stares at his ring then pulls out his shield and taps it. It causes him to have 3 points of exhaustion.
- The rest of the party enters and Kairos does some stupid stuff yelling about how Shain and Aerendyl are gay lovers. He gets them the honeymoon suite.
- Aragorn then steals a pony and puts it in the room.
- Aerendyl passes out of exhaustion and Kairos puts him in the honeymoon suite. Shain goes outside and uses hut magic. the others get a regular room.
