As a free action you can deploy your claws to deal extra slicing damage in the current round. You can expend one of your hit dice to grant your attacks a bonus to the damage you deal this round. The damage increase equals the number rolled on one of your hit die. However, you take force damage equal to the same die roll. This does consume the hit die.
