- Acquiring the Dagger:
- Aragorn picks up his high-quality dagger (+2 dagger that deals 1d6 damage).
- Investigating the Sigils:
- Shain, instead of sleeping the night before, spends 10 hours researching arcane sigils and the chamber
- General Use: Arcane sigils are generally used to hold magic or concentrate it. They’re found all over the walls and floors in different sizes and complexities.
- Variations: These sigils are warped variations, considered more advanced in some ways with micro etchings that compound magic. However, in other ways, they seem deteriorated, with less potent magic.
- Modifications: The sigils appear to be modified or have additions from an unknown source.
- Chronology Magic: The magic imbued in the sigils is an advanced and modified version of chronology magic (magic related to time).
- Aerendyl rolls a 20 on an intelligence check and gets an idea to make a navigation device using the black spiny stone. After two attempts, he is able to make a decent plan for its construction.

- The attempt to touch Shains Dodecahedron:
- When Caitlin touches the Dodecahedron he takes 42 points of time damage and two points of exhaustion and for the next seven days will have tremors and disadvantage on all attacks and ability checks.
- When Caitlin touches a second time, four universes are shown to him. She experiences all of time for these universes. However, his speed is cut in half, he experiences hallucinations for the next eight days, and is compelled to wash his hands constantly for seven days.
