- The players are exiting the cellar of a mansion, with the exception of Shain who decided to stay back and study the arcane runes.
- Aerendyl takes eight planks of wood from a pillar.
- The wood is described as very old, some pieces thousands of years old.
- They all go to sleep, Caitlin and Aerendyl go back to the house they were provided by The Fingers Discount, while Aragorn stays at an inn.
- They agree to a sparring match.
- The fight ends with Caitlin loosing, just barely.
- They notice that a lot people had gathered around during their fight, there even seemed to be people placing bets..
