The session starts Skyfire 20th 800av 8:30 PM
- The party, being composed of Aragorn, Kairos, and Aerendyl, begins coming out of the portal (slight retcon)
- They see before them a large ruin. A total of eight pillars are put in front of them, four on each side. It is dark, with the only light source being suspiciously around a pillar behind a wall.
- They feel a vibration as though an explosion had occurred nearby, the party realizes that the explosion was likely due to the portal collapsing.
- They notice that Thardem is not with them. (Totally not because Joey was late)
- The party immediately looks around for traps, and find nothing. However, whilst looking Kairos finds strange things carved into the wall. He elects to ignore it.
- Aerendyl and Kairos chose to investigate the source of light.
- They discover a creature made of moss, Fernfuzz (non identified), it has a single flower that glows with immense light. If you touch the creature in any way, you seem to stick to it with intense force.
- They elect to leave it be and return to the party to set up camp.
- As the party prepares for a well deserved rest, Shain and Thardem get transported through the portal.
- Shain mentions how he was taken to a dark room and question rigorously about Natalie.
- Shain uses Tiny Hut for a safe place to sleep.
- Before going to sleep, Shain gives Thardem Tarot cards that he acquired from Natalie. Thardem immediately tests this outside the hut and pulls the Justice card, he uses it and casts Zone of Truth. Thardem immediately goes back into the ‘hut’ and sleeps.
- The party awakes and waits in the hut for two hours before it disappears. As it disappears, the party sees the moss creature right next to them.
- Shain gets the glorious idea to touch it and cast identify. He understands that the creature is lonely, and wants to kill him.
- Eventually the party figures out that fire causes the moss to become malleable.
- Aerendyl uses his flamethrower and chainsaw sword to keep chopping off bits of the creature.
- Shain uses his bird to check out the area and sees a road with a newspaper stand.
- The party decides to move out and heads down the road. As they are leaving, the moss creature waves goodbye with a new flower to Aerendylty arrives to the newspaper stand and reads A New Dawn or a Darkening Horizon, The Rebellion in Bremstone.
- Shain, now realizing he is in Luminevia (Country), figures out that they are outside Entho Nots. He contacts Eldon Arcanebridge with sending for a ride, he offers money.
- Eldon Arcanebridge arrives very quickly and gives them a ride to Treltonia.
- The party decided to split up upon ariving into town.
- Aerendyl went back to Knicks’ Knacks to give Knick the moss he collected.
- Aerendyl cursed magic items as per the agreement. He choses:
- Knick informs him that she needs the assistance of his whole party as the last time she tried to break the curse, she was stopped by the curse fighting back and creating monsters.
