Article 1, Section 1: In these times of economic hardship, no able-bodied citizen of Luminevia shall be permitted to remain idle. Unemployment is a luxury this nation can no longer afford.
Article 1, Section 2: The state, in its wisdom, shall assign labor to any individual deemed capable of contributing to the common good.
Article 1, Section 3: Refusal to accept such assigned labor, or dereliction of duty, shall be met with fines, imprisonment, and/or forced conscription into state projects.
Article 1, Section 4: The fruits of one’s labor belong to the state.
