Article 1, Section 1: In times of crisis, or when the interests of the state demand it, the government of Luminevia reserves the absolute right to confiscate property, resources, or wealth from any individual, group, or organization within its borders.
Article 1, Section 2: This power shall be exercised judiciously, but without hesitation, when deemed necessary to protect the nation or further its goals.
Article 1, Section 3: Resistance to such confiscation is a direct challenge to the authority of the state.
