Article 1, Section 1: The worship of the divine Vexmortis is not merely encouraged, but is hereby declared the sole and mandatory faith within the borders of Luminevia.
Article 1, Section 2: Any expression of worship towards other deities, be it through prayer, ritual, or the construction of shrines, is strictly forbidden.
Article 1, Section 3: The severity of punishment for such transgressions shall be determined by the Inquisitors of the Faith, ranging from lengthy imprisonment and forced labor in the mines, to the ultimate penalty: death.
Article 1, Section 4: This law is absolute and without exception.
