Session starts on Skyfire 31st 6:30 AM
- They awaken in a court room, a judge and 20 jurors are in attendance.
- The party pleades not guilty
- The floor beneath them opens up dropping them into a Colosseum.
- They are told that if they die, then justice has been served. If they survive, the gods have decided they are not guilty.
- They prepare, as the judge explains; for 9 counts of murder, they must face those they murdered. Across the Colosseum, 6 dead bodies begin to mutate as they are transformed into new creatures. 3 sword ogres, and 3 fire ogres (homebrew)
- The party wins with relative ease as the fire ogres used fireball, killing their own companions.
- Secondarily, the voice continues, for the count of theft of aproximatly 3400 platinum coins, they must face their own greed.
- A creature, made up of gold coins, appears from the other side of the Colosseum.
- Once again, the party quickly wins, using fire to melt the gold.
- They pay a small fee of 200 gold for the crime of fraud.
- The are free to go, as Zaleios gets his cart and horse from the stable he talked to previously.
- They meet with Valerius who complains that they were arrested and about the crimes they committed. He claims that the whole nation knows, as it was ‘televised’ through crystal balls
- Somehow, Lorax convinced him that it was someone else.
- Valerius tells them to hurry up and catch up with the caravan and guard it to its destination.
