When combat looms near, you react swiftly, invoking the essence of time. With a flick of your wrist and the resonating hum of the hourglass’s sands, you grant your choice for each creature advantage or disadvantage on initiative rolls for up to 6 willing creatures within range. Moreover, those granted advantage gain: Advantage on their first attack roll in the initial round of combat or the ability to move up to their speed without provoking opportunity attacks. Unwilling chosen creatures that you select must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the initiative modification takes hold, otherwise nothing happens.

At Higher Levels: For each slot level above 3rd, the number of creatures targeted increases by an additional 1.
