You touch a willing creature to transfer one of your spell slots. The level you cast this spell at is the spell slot transferred. You can only transfer a spell slot that the receiving creature has missing spell slots for. You can’t receive a spell slot from a creature with this spell. A creature affected by this spell can’t be affected by this spell again until after they have taken a short or long rest.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, you may transfer a spell slot at level for each spell slot level above 1st.
