You warp time around a creature that you can see within range. The creature must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, the creature’s position in the initiative order is permanently reduced by 1d10 and can’t be affected by this spell again during the encounter. On a success, the creature’s initiative unchanged
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 2nd. The creatures must be within 30 feet of each other when you target them.
