Preface:
In the annals of history, there exists a tapestry woven with threads of conquests, revolutions, and the relentless march of time. Yet amidst the grandeur of empires rising and falling, there exists a thread often overlooked, a thread as delicate as it is enduring—the influence of divine providence in the affairs of humankind.
In this meticulously crafted tome, we embark on a journey through the corridors of time, guided not merely by the hand of mortal men but by the divine grace of the revered deity, Valentine. It is within this sacred narrative that we uncover the hidden truths, the forgotten wisdom, and the divine interventions that have shaped the course of civilizations.
As the faithful custodian of history, I have endeavored to transcribe the chronicles of human civilization with unwavering reverence for the divine. For in every triumph and tribulation, in every conquest and calamity, lies the unmistakable handprint of the benevolent deity, Valentine.
This sacred text stands as a testament to the enduring power of faith and the indomitable spirit of humanity in the face of adversity. It is my fervent hope that through the pages of this tome, readers will not only gain insight into the past but also find solace in the eternal presence of Valentine, whose love and guidance transcend the boundaries of time and space.
May this chronicle serve as a beacon of truth in a world veiled by uncertainty, illuminating the path towards enlightenment and salvation. For in the heart of history beats the eternal flame of faith, igniting the souls of believers and non-believers alike with the divine radiance of Valentine’s love.
In the name of the Almighty Valentine, may this book inspire reverence, devotion, and above all, an unwavering belief in the enduring power of divine providence.
Chapter 1:
The world was formed without life, empty and barren. The goddess Valentine saw the pitiful world and bestowed life. That day all non-sentient life came into existence. Where there was once barren expanse, now was a thriving ecosystem. The god Desmoture, disgusted with the thriving world, sent his legions to corrupt this world. In response, Valentine passed divine judgment, eradicating the army. This, however, had a consequence. The army was physically destroyed but the souls of the army remained. They spread evil and malice throughout the world as best they could. Instead of an overwhelming destructive force, they became whispers that advocate for violence. The goddess valentine, believing the army was taken care of, continued with the creation she has now come to love. She forms a new being. Known as a ilubi. It is a mortal being filled with the aura of the goddess allowing for free will. This being was the embodiment of good and love. However, the whispers of the damned took hold. Provided with a mortal who possessed free will finally gave the army a purpose once again. They began insetting dessent and doubts. Further, advocating for selfish actions. For a while the ilubi ignored the whispers. That was until one day. The goddess valentine, pleased with her creation began creating the final creature. From an outward perspective, it looked like another ilubi, but shared more features with the goddess. Finally, the whispers had an opening. Jealousy, anger, pain, abandonment, the ilubi felt them all. In his anger, he took a rock and killed the new creature. This one action caused a split in its mind. His eyes now had two colors, then three, four, five the number of small color dots grew and grew. The ilubi fell to his knees in agony as he split apart. The new creatures, all on the ground in pain, were the races seen today. Humans, elves, halflings and more. Each one representing a different pain the ilubi felt. It was on that day that the world we know of today, began.
